Independent gîte, on 2 levels, level access, in a hamlet, 3 other gîtes on site. 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90), shower room (washing machine), kitchen area (dishwasher)/living room (fireplace, television, sofa, wifi), central heating, private open terrace (12 m²) , garden furniture, barbecue. Communal: swimming pool (18x9) closed, covered and heated, usable from 01/05 to 30/09, aqua-bike, small bath, spa (5 people), unfenced 1.5ha land, playground: chalet, table- pong, climbing frame, pétanque, scooters, common room (fireplace, television, video library, billiards, etc.), washing machine/dryer, telephone. Tourist tax. Prices including charges: cooking gas, electricity, wood, heating - sheets, table and bathroom linen provided - cleaning (end of stay). 10% discount on the 2nd week and the following.
