Positive: Very well organized residence, lots of green areas, playgrounds, very nice swimming pools. Very quite at night and clean. The apartment is well organized, clean, and very effective.

Negative: Nothing honestly. Just found a bit weird that airconditioning required an extra payment but this was explicitly mentioned in the listing so guests know what they accept.
