Positive: This is a good location if you come with your personal car.
Negative: This is very combersome if you do not have a personal car with you. The key pickup location is very far from the apartment, about 5 km and 20 euro taxi ride. Towels and bed sheets need to be picked up with the keys, adding to your personal luggage. There is no process (e.g key box) to leave the keys at the location when you leave. You have to leave them from the pickup point which is incovenient because of the distance. Traveling with the luggage back and forth it is just not confortable. I'd recommend clearly stating this in the description or implement a key/towel system at both checkin and check out at the accomodation location.
Summary: Suitable for travel with personal car, otherwise this accomodation is very complicated
