This luxury resort offers panoramic views of the city and beautiful mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to coffee shops, stores, and restaurants as well as a casino and live entertainment venues.
Being situated on the 16th floor of the Sunset Tower Building, This 4 bedroom (1 is windowless (den)) features Lake views. The master bedroom provides a King Bed and Ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom features a Queen Bed and Ensuite. The third bedroom provides King bed and a Queen bed in the den. A queen sofa bed and main bathroom are present in the living room. This suite is fully equipped with all that’s needed to accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
This suite benefits from cork flooring throughout (including bedrooms) and stainless steel Kitchen appliances. There are TV’s within the living room, master, second, third, and den bedrooms. Cable service with high speed internet (Wi-Fi) and in suite laundry with full size washer & dryer, extra bed linen, towels, pool towels and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space located conveniently close to the 2nd level building entry point.
